This policy explains what Hide & Sniff collects when you visit or buy from hideandsniff.com, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• When you contact us: your name, email and message.
• When you browse: basic, cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). If you arrived from a TikTok ad, the TikTok pixel may set cookies to measure whether the ad led to a purchase.

How we use it

To deliver your order (your name, address and phone go to our supplier and the delivery company), email you your receipt and tracking, answer your questions, handle refunds, and understand which ads work. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our fulfilment suppliers and delivery companies, Resend (sending emails), Cloudflare (hosting and visit statistics) and TikTok (ad measurement). They only get what they need for their part.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting rules, usually five years. Contact messages are kept while we're helping you.
