30-day happy-dog guarantee

If your dog doesn't love their Hide & Sniff order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund. You don't need to send it back.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Orders that don't arrive

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once approved, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy is in addition to those rights.
